The following conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
For postage and packaging within Germany, you pay per purchase:
- Orders from 0 to 5 kg = €6.00
- Orders over 5 kg up to 10 kg = €7.00
- From a weight of 10 kg, shipping costs €8.30
- For express shipping, we charge €12.
For orders over €1000, shipping within Germany is free for you.
International Deliveries:
International shipping costs vary depending on the destination country:
- EU: €15.00
- Rest of the world: €39.99
For orders over €1500, worldwide shipping is free for you.
For orders over €1500.00, we deliver internationally free of charge.
Provision of digital vouchers:
No shipping costs are incurred for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-pickup, we will inform you by e-mail about the readiness of the goods and the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
